Privacy policy

Temporary privacy policy — retention periods and contact details must be finalized before release.

We collect phone number, name, language, posts and reports. Seller verification includes identity documents, address and business details. Documents are encrypted and accessible only to authorized administrators. Post photos are public. Do not upload personal documents as post photos.

When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address, name and Google account identifier for authentication and linking sign-in methods. This information is not public. Deleting your Cun Miu account also removes the Google connection.

Public adoption posts (photos, video, breed, age, area and price) may be indexed by search engines such as Google and shown in search results. Phone numbers and contact details are never made public. When you hide, delete or mark a post as adopted, the page is removed from indexing; removal from search engine results may take some time.

Deleting an account hides posts, deletes verification documents and anonymizes name and phone number. Anonymized report records may remain. Final retention periods will be specified before release.

Location is accessed only while using the app with your permission. Current coordinates are sent as business search parameters to calculate distance; declining uses central Ho Chi Minh City. Selecting the map button sends the business coordinates to an external maps app.

Impression, detail view and contact button events use your account or an anonymous UUID stored on your device. Business verification documents and review receipts are encrypted and private. The current account deletion flow hides businesses and removes private documents and receipts.

New-post alert conditions and the inbox are stored per account. Video views are counted for signed-in accounts after at least two seconds of actual playback. Push registration currently uses a device UUID and random development token; it does not deliver real FCM/APNs notifications. Sharing passes a public link to the app you select.

Personal advertising purchases send the transaction ID and purchase proof to the server for verification. Unfinished purchase intents and proof are stored per account in device secure storage for recovery. After completion, local receipts and purchase tokens are removed while transaction IDs remain for duplicate checks.
